2006

Mountence Youth Empowerment Base / Founder

Launched my first micro-agency and micro-teams at just 12 years old, establishing the early foundation for what would become the Mountence Youth Empowerment Base. Discovered a lifelong passion for building networks and creating spaces for others to grow.

2012

Teenager Leadership Club / Founder

Founded the Teenager Leadership Club. Formulated an experimental leadership framework that scaled from dozens to hundreds of students, authoring curriculum courses (TLS Introductory Course and Business Basics) to teach young people how to pitch ideas, raise funds, and lead big initiatives.

2013

MapleSo / Founder

Challenged conventional campus media by creating MapleSo, a massive multi-media campus portal. Fully digitized over 86% of the institutional library assets and broadcasted 9,000+ campus updates, proving that technology could bridge information gaps.

2015

Future Leaders Club / Founder

Founded the Future Leader Club to carry forward the legacy and amazing work of the Teenager Leadership Club, expanding the mission to cultivate high-level global leadership for future generations. Under my leadership, the club made campus history by licensing, organizing, and executing the first-ever official TEDx event at Maple Leaf School, giving student ideas a global platform.

2017

TRU Chinese Students & Scholars Association / President

lected President of the Thompson Rivers University Chinese Students & Scholars Association (TRUCSSA). Maximized organizational outreach to its highest level by authoring and establishing the official club constitution, engineering the organization's custom digital home (trucssa.ca), and launching a renowned public lecture series that brought globally recognized opinion leaders—including Dashan (大山) and Cyrus Janssen—directly to the campus stage.

2021

Thompson Rivers University / ISA & DMS

Transitioned to Canadian higher education operations as an International Student Advisor and Digital Marketing Specialist. Managed critical bilateral institutional agreements and built automated CRM architectures handling 7,000+ global admissions applications annually.

EArk Digital Marketing / Founder

Founded EArk Digital Marketing, a boutique firm dedicated to providing cutting-edge digital solutions, automated business workflows, and systems integration. Acting as a strategic enabler, I help small businesses and non-profits leverage AI and modern tech to thrive in a rapidly changing digital economy.

Welcome Chongqing / Founder

Founded WelcomeCQ (welcomecq.cn), a comprehensive travel platform designed to help international travelers experience Chongqing like a local. Built custom digital planning tools and interactive content that scaled the platform into the #1 non-official English travel resource for Chongqing, welcoming thousands of global visitors.

My track record of creating digital ecosystems, automating workflows, and empowering teams spans organizations of all sizes.
